1. In the Top Ten Mistakes of Shopping Cart Design is not calling a Shopping Cart a Shopping Cart is unintelligent. People are not that dull. In RL people wouldn’t shop for clothes with a Shopping Cart, those are for Grocery Stores, and Such. I see the point of people possibly not understanding, or missing where the shopping cart is because it’s using a different term. This can be easily cured by placing a very visible Shopping Bag, Cart, Bucket, Bin…… Usability has a tendency to make dull otherwise lively experiences….. Furthermore they also state that the purchasing experience is the least important. This is not true, especially if you want to keep customers around to buy another item………
